For chilled meats, you can store them in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days for non-vacuum packed and 6-7 days for vacuum packed.
For frozen meats, you can store them in the freezer for up to a year, but we recommend to consume within 2 months from delivery date.

It’s normal for packed beef to develop a slight brownish colour. This happens due to oxidation, when myoglobin (the protein that gives beef its red colour) has limited exposure to oxygen.

For the best results, we recommend defrosting the meat in the refrigerator one day before use. This slow thawing method helps retain the meat’s natural flavour and texture.
If you need a quicker option, you can keep the meat in its packaging and submerge it in water for about 2–3 hours until fully thawed.
